Biography
Name: Gage Brandon Caldwell

I originally started writin' poetry which one day turned into rap cuts. When I would write, I normally would listen to sonmethin' that would reflect my emmotinal state. Most of the time, that was pissed off. On that "one day" I was listenin' to "Momma Said Knock You Out" and my poetry turned into rap.
After a few years, I tried to hone my delivery and flow. It doesn't happen overnight. this is what truly makes me laugh at these young rapers. They listen and see vidoes and decide they can do the same.
After a close deal with Epic Records in 94. (Ghostwriter) I decided to take some time away from music. I didn't know too many cats that could actualy make beats and I was tired of the Kareoke machine. I was pretty much finished.
A few years later (about 97/98) I got back into deejayin'. Now at this point I was gettin' back into things but I couldn't make beats. It was really annoying. I then found out that I was about to be a father and the equipment had to go.
A year later I was at a friends house who had a lil setup for makin beats. We were lifted and decided to fresstyle and I happen to record it. My wife heard it and asked how come I don't write music anymore and then she basically pushed me to get back into things. But I was still havin the sae dillema,,,NO BEATS.
Eventually I had got a hook up and started playin wit some software, next thing I know, I'm makin my own beats,,,of course they weren't that great, but it was a start,,,,,,
