Comments: I use Cubase not FL.
What I use for mixing is just the standard EQ in cubase alongside with the mixerboard. Ofcourse I use plugins to make the sounds sound right. For example the R-bass filter to phatten up the bass. But I don't have any mastering progs or stuff like that.

Comments: i agree with the other dudes here what they said about your beats but one thing i want to add.your beats are one of the best mixed tracks i have ever heard at illmuzik so far.your mixing skill is outstanding.u doing your final mix in fl studio ? or with a eq plugin?

And I know, you're right, I've got a distinct vibe wheter I like it or not. And yes, it's not the easiest to compliment with lyrics.
And yes, I have my intruments I stick to; rhodes, organ, piano and guitar. It's both of shoice since it's my favourite intruments and it's simply put the plugins with good sounds that I posess.

Comments: you got a very distinct vibe going on.... very organic .. low key.. dusty type of vibe... i think ur beats may be limited as far as emcee compatability.. meaning that it takes a certain kind of performer to rhyme to ur tracks imo.. but thats not neccesarily a bad thing and judging by the vibe i get from you u wouldnt want just anyone on ur tracks anyway... i think I could hear ur tracks in commercials... again that is not a bad thing either as I can tell you got some serious keyboard and composition skillz... my only gripe about ur tracks is that they all kindof sound the same.. like the same instruments i mean.. maybe try some diffrent intruments once n awhile just to mix it up... nice beatz fo sho tho
