Backup files

I almost lost all my data yesterday due to some program going nuts on my computer. This was the point when I realized, that I don´t have any backup of my files. I´m trying to backup 32 GB of music related data. What kind of method do you recommend for making a weekly backup? Buying a 2nd harddisk?

I'd say go with a 2nd harddisk would be the best option. I'd also backup my important songs and other things onto to CD maybe once a month or something like that, just so you have a backup away from your PC.

That's probably the best option, but I guess you could also look at a DVD burner. Holds a lot!

thats a good point about the DVD burner, that could work well.
