Need a good soundcard for my laptop for the MPC 2000

I wann export tracks off thr mpc. What a good soundcard for a noteboook computer to use with the mpc 2000. how would i install it to a notebook computer.

Audigy 2 NX or Terratec Aureon 5.1 USB, they're not pro-sound cards but I think they're very decent for the price. Also they're both plug and play.
