How to create SoundFont-Compatible Bank

I am using Vienna SoundFont Studio 2.3 to create my own soundfont bank from demo WAV files that I downloaded.

I have been following this article:

The problem is after I make the .sf2 file, Sonar 2 doesnt recognize the file.

I have downloaded other soundfonts from Hammersound.net and Sonar recognizes it.

I am following the article to the T but something has to be wrong.

How do you guys make your soundfont banks?? Is there another software I could try to make the soundfont.? Thanks

I don't know what the problem could be but you might not experience the problem with Chicken Systems Translator...
