this a dvd about urban music..i stole this link from the other forum lol..i hope yall wont be mad at me..actually, i owe this dvd and it isnt the greatest imho..it shows u how to work with mpc, triton, acid, reason..shows how to count bars..shows a few tips and hints..a few interviews..its good for newbies though..

you guys didnt like that video? I actually that it was sick mainly because of the introduction beat. I love that smooth stuff it was more inspirationaly than anything. I don't even use any of his equipment but I did like just seeing the dude making it happen in front of me. Now that I think about it, it wasn't that informative at all but it was the first beat making video i'd ever seen (I used to not get online much).

Now its all common day stuff seeing beat videos left an right lol. I thought it was cool though.

the beats are pretty cool that he makes on the things. Just seein him make them with such ease was really inspirational to me. If you look at it as far as technique its really nothing difficult at all, it IS after all a beginners series. But it motivated me a ton.
