There's a guitar effect that i want to know how to do it. The only exemple I have is the guitar at the start of Eminem's "Hailie's Song" . Can someone tell me how to do it. It would be even better if you can tell me how to do it with Reason ( Afriquedeluxe, I know you're good in Reason come help if you can) .

I found two versions of that song so I don't know which of those you're referring too...however, the one I think you're referring too sounds like an electric guitar with sustain...

there only one hailie's song, maybe you found the snippet,
anyway, what is sustain?
Another guitar type i want to know about is the one my exemple are the ones in Lose yourself(by Eminem) and A Dream(by Jayz).
And there also the one in Welcome to New York City ( by Camron).
I feel like i'm askin too much, if i do then, sorry lol

There's appearantly a full and short version of Hailie's song and the short version doesn't start with that same intro.
Regarding the other beats, they are all electric guitars as far as I remember without having them to listen to at the moment.
I don't know what the definition of sustain is but in short it's just when you extend the note. You have sustain on many of the instruments in Reason...pull you mouse over the options you have on the instruments and it will tell you what the button is for and one of them should read sustain...otherwise read the manual.
Sustain - 1) A holding out of the sound of a pitch by an instrument. 2) The level that a sound will continue to play at when a synthesizer key is held down.

reason has an electronic guita in it, i think u kno how to load the patch in da sampler Qwerty. it sounds pretty realistic but has its limitations, gettin it 2 sound like da one on da lose ur self trck can b sum task, it'd b easier 2 record a live guita, sumtin which i often do wit my friens electric-acoustic guita dat i cudnt afford, hehe.
and oh i 4got, dat 'lose ur self' trck was probably sampled from a trck already dun , so u cud also sample da sound from dat eminem trck n rearrange da melody 2 wat u want
