QUALITY samples

I have been searching the internet for a very very long time trying to find production samples.
and ive come to the conclusion that im probably gonna have to pay money for professional sounding samples.

Does anybody know of any good sites to find them on? Ive seen tons of sites but i dont know which ones have quality samples.
Samples that are already compressed or eq'd. Im not looking for loops or synth sounds i just want acoustic sounding hip hop percussion samples.

I don't know but I think sonomic has pretty good percussion samples...www.sonomic.com I like it because you can preview any sample and they got some good ones because they get a lot of them from the same people that make the professional sample cd's and also studios....try it out...

For drums, try e.g. BanginBeats.com, otherwise check out the Sample CD's in your local music gear shop (usually, the more they cost the better they are). Don't worry if they are not in .wav or your desired format, as they can be tranlated to your format with e.g. Chicken System Translator.

*I always see topics about people needing drum sounds and stuff... I'm the exact opposite. I'm looking for good orchestral sounds, like horns and violens and stuff. I'm looking for samples I can make melodies with, I've noticed most sample discs available to buy lack good instrument/orchestral sounds. Anyone got any good suggestions, BESIDES buying a keyboard?? One place you can try Knockout, is http://www.findsounds.com/ and http://web.iol.cz/mpc/sa/sites.htm - it's a start. There's also a lot of sites like that, that have huge listing of other sites with samples.
