yeah thats what i thought too, when i first heard his voice.his voice is like the one from Cee-Lo from Goodie Mob.

He has a southern accent..But with like a Mgoo Q-tip type tone.Interesting indeed.
Probably ATL or Georgia somewhere.

yes u can do it straight in fl studio with the wave editor or with the cut tool in the playlist.
