I Got Soundforge

Ok Fade!!! i got soundforge. now what da hell does this program actually do??? i dont have a clue what the hell this f*ckin program does so help me out ma homies!!! i need better sounds (thats what fade always tells me! haha) so i gotta learn how to use this program! holla back

Sound Forge is a Sound editor.. so basically you load up sounds that need fixing or enhancing... for instance... sound forge has its own reverb effect. So you want that dry snare to have some echo.. apply reverb! You should check out the manual for info, theres alot of stuff in there. Just experiment and have fun with it!

It's basically the same thing as Cool Edit Pro. It's an editor, so you can mess with samples and whatnot.

Aren't you using Cubase? You need to get involved with soundfonts, there's tons out there that have amazing sounds.
