I got Pro tools M-powered and installed the Waves bundle but when i open pro tools it wont load the plugins..obviously its not being installed correctly..how and where do i install the plug ins so it can be read in pro tools so i can use it???

Well first I would locate the Plugin Folder for Pro-Tools, Then Locate the Plugins you need. And drop them in the Pro-Tools Folder.
I dont have PT, but it would only make sense to do that.

Im running Vista and all I did was installed Waves in my C: Drive/Program Files folder and ProTools found it for me...I didn't do anything special.

uninstall waves. if you want to use waves in other programs install it again and uncheck RTAS.

Im running XP how does one install plugins in 6.4 LE ?

Some versions of the Waves bundle will not work in the newer versions of Pro Tools.
You may need to get a update of the Waves bundle

I have Mecury Waves bundle n it works on my Nuendo n Pro Tools
