You can install a sampler option in the LE, you can read about it here:

I think that the bigger versions of the Triton come with more effects, the Pro version comes with 5 inserts, two masters and a global eq; the LE comes with 1 insert, two masters and a global eq.

Also, the bigger Triton allows you to expand the internal wav memory with their PCM expansion cards, I don't think the LE does.
