Protools 8 Syncing

Hi, I have protools 8 with a digi 003 and a mpc2500. I want to learn how to sync the mpc2500 to protools so when i press play on protools it plays the mpc2500 in time with protools

how is this possible can someone give me a guide of how to do that?

Hmmm somebody had mine synched once and I didnt like it because it would only record each track in mono, although now I could see how to get around that.

I just never did it..

Sorry I missed the thread, but relic got it right. I hate to plug Maschine again but NOT having to do this and to be able to drag and drop right in to Pro tools is amazing.

ok i got it to sync up but now a new problem appeared

everytime i press play on the transport in protools starting at the beginning i skips to the end of bar 4 and starts from there

how do i fix it so when i start from bar 1 in protools it starts from bar 1 in the mpc2500?

I just recorded it all into PT....lol... it took a while to do because it was similiar to bouncing the entire track...but it was good...

I was just going to say that you could find almost any tutorial on youtube....and Relic..didn't I give you the invite to PAT? They have tutorials there as well..just do a search...
