Hey,

I just got an Emu e6400 Ultra, I'm curious about how to set it up with my computer.

I gather that you can control its parameters with either Sound Diver or EOS Link and transfer samples to and from your PC through a scsi connection...

Has anyone done this before? I would like to hear from experienced users before buying RAM, hard drives and scsi cards.

Thanks

Nick

You're so right! And Soundiver all the way baby!

I did

I've scsi'd my ESI2k/4k and mpc2kxl, if you want to work flexible with the ultra then get a 2940.

( and don't forget the spinn-up jumper )

Formant,

Thanks for the reply. I've managed to get SD working as well as Recycle, everything is working like a charm.

Take care,

Nick
