help a brotha beat match accapellas

can any1 plz help me, give some tips on how i can beat match an accapella. Do i just load up one of my beats in acid and da accapella and match dem, or must i produce a custom beat from scratch for da accapella,
tips would b very much appreciated

just feel the rythem of the vocals and see if it sounds right . gradualy change the pitch until it sounds right

I personally think that's the best way because I used to remix all the time on my turntables. I would just go by ear until I found something that worked well together.

If you listen to some remixes that people do, the acapella matches up perfectly with the beat, but it just sounds like shit! So make sure you've got everything in the same audio range.
