I'm sure you'll get some good responses here, but have you looked at the Artists (http://www.illmuzik.com/artists.php) section yet? Lots of hookups in there.

Yo Wassup Man,

Essence Productions got what u looking for . I consider myself a diverse producer and can create any type of flava, though my specialty is that underground raw sh*t. I reside in the New England area (Rhode Island to be exact) and my peoples is about to make sh*t happen for REAL! I worked with some cats in my hometown Brooklyn, NY and some cats in Baltimore,MD. I deal with contracts and reasonably low prices for BANGIN Beats. I use a Korg Triton Keyboard and computer editing programs for my production (ProTools,Acid Pro,CakeWalk,etc.). E-mail me at essence_032179@yahoo.com . ONE!

Wish I wasn't working on 4 projects here in Copenhagen...
Else, I'd want to start getting our shit out in the motherland.
Maybe we should consider moving to the states...

Good luck on finding the right beats, I hope that some of the talented producers in here can help you.
