Will akai release a new mpc?

I highly doubt it. They just came out with the 1000 and the 4000 not too long ago. Why, did you hear something?

Yeah but look how long there's been rumors about a new SP1200. If Akai does come out with a new MPC, I don't know what they would call it!

I dont really think they really need a new MPC. They should work out the bugs on the 1K before they even think of makin another one.

nah i dont think they will release a new one. I mean it dont make sense. in order to drop a new one they gotta make some great improvement or something so they can differentiate it from the other mpc's. otherwise it dont make sense to drop another mpc that does nothing more than what u already have on the market.
it dont make sense but lack of sense didnt stop cakewalk from dropping sonar 4, so u never know.
