clean sounds

Sup Peeps I have been chillin on the site lookin around and all. I have one question where in the hell can i get some clean sounds like gun shots and explosions and such. man any help will be nice and if i come across anything good ill be sure to post it up for you all.:headbang:

Just sound effects? I know there's some sound effects CDs out there, you can find them at most record stores, maybe even in the cheap bins. There's also sample CDs that have tons of sound effects on them.

If you have *****, you can find some there too, I did.

yeah Fade i know that but i tell you i bought a sample cd and it came wit more wack shyt then good ya know. if you could just point me in the right direction man i would be thankful.

no matter if its sfx, drum sounds, bass sounds or anything else: you gotta keep your eyes open and try to get your hands on everything that sounds interesting. if it´s good keep it, if not delete it. that´s how i built up (and still am) my sample, sfx, drum etc. library. Try altavista or google and type in sfx

clean sounds suck, the best sound is dirty and gritty sounds like off a vinyl.

If you don't dl of a P2P, then remember that in most cases, the cheaper the price of the cd is, the cheaper the sounds...

If you dl, I've found there is many nice refills and libraries out there......but also you gonna stumble over some shitty stuff, which you can either delete or keep for a rainy day...

What I usually do is search the net for sound effects! They are usually 44.1 wavs that are good for most anybodies use! from gunshots to quotes from movies! Here are a couple to check out!

You can get sound fx's from this site. http://www.sound-effects-library.com/ They're not free, but they're good. I've used them before. They have almost everything.
