I can't hear vocals WHEN recording??

Hi,

When I'm recording I can't hear the vocals coming through my speakers/headphones. I hear them after I record when I play them fine, but I want to be able to hear them in my headphones as I record.

I have the M-Audio Audiophile soundcard which I run into the mixer. My monitors & headphones run from the outputs in the mixer.

dont know much about that monitor but seems like u need to change ur settings.......mic might be muted for playback
