iPad users have been able to use many new apps as well as hardware products to make or record their music. Focusrite has noticed this trend and has announced the iTrack Solo, a way to record guitar and vocals on your iPad.
The iTrack Solo features a microphone preamp and an input for you to plug your electric and bass guitars. One thing to note though, is that just because it's made for the iPad, the iTrack Solo is not just for the Mac, it can also be used with your PC, and it comes bundled with Ableton Live Lite and the Focusrite Scarlett Plug-in Suite.
