We are offering you the chance to store up to 10 megabytes of your beats in MP3 format on IllMuzik. I know, I know, 10 mb doesn't seem like much for us beat-makers, but in fact, it's pretty decent. If you take a look at our Producers section, you'll notice that our producers are allowed to upload a maximum of 5 beats on their page, with each beat being no longer than 2 minutes. So in fact, that is just under 10 mb in total. Each of their beats is no longer than 2 minutes and is encoded at 128kbps, for a total file size of roughly 1.8 mb. So 10mb divided by 1.8mb is 5.56. 128kbps is the standard bitrate for MP3's, in fact some people even encode their beats much lower, in turn reducing the file size even further.

If you still think that 5 beats is not enough for you, then let us remind you that the entire uploading system is automatic! That means that you can upload and even DELETE your MP3's on the fly. For example, let's say you want to upload 5 beats so you can post the links to those beats in the forums, or possibly another site - you would upload the 5 beats and then receive a message that you have reached your limit. At that point you can remove any of your beats (or all of them), and upload a new one easily. There's no waiting time for your beat to be approved or edited. We're simply providing you the webspace to upload your beats and store them on our site. If you're ready to signup, go to the Paid Subscriptions page, and choose the 10mb VIP package.
