its much better then the bootleg version, quality wise... mastered and mixed, its not all muddy like the bootleg...

Agreed. Im not gonna front, at times I do have the extra minutes to power up the MP but after 8 hours of coding and graphic work I almost never wanna use anymore creativity at that point - and thats where the real inner battle is I think.

Somehow u gotta find the motivation to either make time later on and fit into your schedule or just go for it when u dont have the juice on occasion and just see what happens.

I haven't made a beat since the Battle That! tournament, I've just been busy as hell with the little man and work, that when I get home it feels like a chore to get to making the beats. Next year is my year though, I'm gonna learn the keyboard and make a new beat every week, so the end of next year I'll have a nice little portfolio to pass around places.

yeah time is always something we fight with especially if you are not doing it full time. i try to spend each weekend working on tracks, and then during the week I just practice keys or oodle around for inspiration.

Word, first time I've listened to some of his work cuz I just got into Hip-Hop about a year ago when I was 12 so I'm still finding my way through the music and yeah, I'm definetely gonna get this when it hits the stores.

I like the album, i've had it for a minute, its fire. I'm suprised that NO I.D. didn't do any tracks, i wonder why, it probably says it in the scratch i just didn't read hard enough..

I just picked the new Common album up today and all I gotta say is DOPE. It's been a while since I could actually listen to an album from front to back without having to skip tracks. The only track I wasn't totally feelin was "Real People", but it was still a pretty good track. GO GET THIS ALBUM.

ive had the bootleg for ages but i bought the album yesterday....shits is sick.. only thing that pissed me off is that they put the live version of "food" instead of the studio version.. stupid move on my opinion. peace

This album is great, just straight hip hop beats classic raps. It's guys like Common and Mos def that made me wanna do this. It's a great album. I'm not sure we need another common album full of Kanye's beats, but this one is great,

I don't really even skip any of the songs (maybe corners jus cause i've heard it a million times). I was kinda hatin on com for awhile. I knew he could bring it again. It's the perfect season for this release too. Moodwise that is.
