@hardboiled Would obviously use brass knuckles... How many battles has this dude won? and what kinda beats does he use?? Hmmm[/QUOTE]

Def am!

Props to @tomkillsjerry with a more laid back beat winning as we argued about it!

And I def hear you @NONONSENSEBEATS I be making beats for more than just myself so personally I'm def analyzing all beats for how they would complete a song as 1/2 of it. So def hear you on a great beat is a great beat, especially if a rapper could be on it.

@tomkillsjerry you were definitely the King of this months Beat This! Such good change ups. Best snare I've heard in a while too. All of your sounds blended together so well. I was doing some crazy double time freestyle's to it last night I liked it so much. Looking forward to hearing another one like this...

I thought the winner was a good pick but some of the producers at the bottom of the list should have been runners up. I just want to know how they judge because sometimes it feels like the judges wear hearing aides and the volume on their devices are too low. IJS

So take out who and replace them with who?

It's really crazy the talent in this competition. Everyone brought heat!

@Virtchu What reverb are you using? That shit was on point.
@TCoast Besides tomkillsjerry's beat, yours was my favorite.
@tomkillsjerry That shit is sick.
@DJ-PAR-K Very smooth, was one of the best.
@INDS Even though it was a minimal beat, that shit banged and the whistle was dope.
For the drum verb i just had abletons reverb on a send and i send each drum individually in different amounts to the reverb send, i designed the reverb to have like a long decay time and a small room size to really make that snare crack. with the melody and vocal chops i used abletons convolution reverb with large chamber and church presets

There were a lot of dope beats !! @tomkillsjerry was definitely hot but I think @S3oulC1ty had the hottest beat. @hardboiled & @TjombaBeats were hot too. @A.R. DASUPASTAR it started out good but I was waiting for something else to drop in.

I appreciate the support

I'm not necessarily a fan of any type of 808 instruments. I can't front, listening to @tomkillsjerry 's track, I suspected he'd win. He'd definitely have my vote. The fact that he could add so many elements to his track and then have it synchronized and harmonized AND THEN do tricks with all his sounds while, at the same time, master all the channels is ungodly!!! He definitely has a gift.

I didn't entered this one (too late to join) but I totally agree on about comparing apples to oranges. I listen to apples when I'm chilling or making a beat. I listen to oranges when I'm going to a club or if I'm DJing. Can't compare trap to boombap.

All the beats here are fire and congratz @tomkillsjerry you earned it..
