I'm surprised no one flipped this yet. I know it's a bit tough. What I did was grabbed the beginning and a few other parts like some of the singing. Here's my flip:

Nothing here yet.
Lot of stuff going on man, Beat battles, compilation, Attack of the beats... we can't follow you :D
Nice flip of yours. I like how you cut the vocals...Nice bass also, i wanted to hear it more often. And maybe filter out some of the noise....(although it gives something to the track...)

Thanks for the feedback. I know what you mean but I was trying to grab the vocals which was very noisy to begin with. If anyone has tips on filtering that shit out, let me know!

@try tucking the vocals in the back, by filtering your mids and drop your highs down a bit..well that's all i got..sorry

Listening to it again, the vocals seem to be okay, no? I added a delay and EQ'd it anyway.

I hope someone else flips this, I could post another flip but I want to see this one continue a bit.

@Fade This was a bit tough to flip... but you pulled it off nicely! Very smooth!! There is a part around 1:15, when you bring the sample back in, where I can hear some "hissing"... idk if you could filter out some of the high end to get rid of that... I know its tough trying to eq/filter the sample when there are drums and other instruments going on at the same time... Oh and that lil snippet of the sample that comes in around 1:00 is Dope!

So here you go... Same idea as you, grabbed some of the intro, and added a few other parts throughout. Enjoy... lol

@crog85 Thanks for the feedback. I know what you mean about the hiss. I tried EQing it out but then it didn't sound right to me so I just left it in.

With yours I didn't expect a smooth flip like that, really dope. I like how you slowed it down and I can still hear the guitar in there, plus the filtered guitar in the background, great job on that. Vocal snippets are on point too!

@Fade wussup long time! I like how you sculpted the sounds and the parts of the sample you used in your joint. Its real head nod.

@crog85 what up. your sound is great. That beat is real immersive to listen to! Great Joint

@Fade The sample is actually at normal speed.... I did change the starting/ending position on the loop I grabbed from the intro, I do that alot... but the way I spaced the snare gives it a slower vibe even though it still the same bpm...

@FuzE Really like the chops you came up with on this one :up2: I think you could do without that heavy layered bass sound that you bring in and out... I think it sounds nice without it. Nice work!

@crog85 no doubt good word. I can be heavy handed at times,,, might just pull that out and focus on the lowend

@FuzE Hey man it's been a LONG time! What's going on? Thanks for the feed. For your beat, I like the parts you picked, I think the only thing is when it's on its own that snare of course stands out, but it's covered up nicely with your drums. I like your bass too, it's got a gutter feel to it.

@Dez-NYCe Very smooth parts you used, plus the bassline really adds to the vibe. It's weird though, the drums surprised me. I expected it to be harder-sounding but for what you did it's good. I want to hear more of those keys you have in the background though!
