I've already looked this up, but I can't figure out the issue. My uploads are loud and sometimes too loud when I listen to them on my laptop, but on my phone it all sounds low and and low in quality. All other music I listen to on my phone sounds good and at a good volume and sounds even better on my laptop. I don't have issues with how my music sounds on computer, and I'd leave the issue alone if other music didn't sound so much louder on my phone than my own songs.

Take the songs that sound good put them in your daw and put a spectrum analyzer on them and do the same with your songs. Then Compare

It might help when you mix if you are constantly listen to the production of different devices before you upload it. This is good for overall sound but may help with your loudness issue but the comment above is a dope suggestion.
