The second theme that comes in around 0:43 is quite nice. The first phrase seems a bit baron but is filled out nicely with the higher plucky elements around the 0:43 mark. Sound selection is great and all the elements work well together. There's this ghostly flute thing that's tucked away in the back of the "third act" that is really cool. For my tastes, I'd like a bit more spacey and spooky with a dark reverb or some sort of filtered delay - but either way very nice.
What I especially like is the combination of sustained and plucked sounds. What I don't like is that meaty clap. It's got a bit too much body for this beat IMHO. A snappier shorter 'click' sound would be something I'd reach for. But I do like this.

Really liked the way this was chopped. That choppy filtered bit at 0:33 is really cool. While the drums work with the sample, I think a chopped break or boom-bap drums would suit it more than the Trap. Not so much the actually drum pattern but the sound selection. In general, cool flip.
