    Yeah I played in middle-school band, then i did marching band and jazz band in highschool. Miles Davis will always be the coolest motherfucker to ever live. I got a huge music theory background playing jazz and taking a few theory courses which has been a blessing for beat-writing.

    DJElemes - I dig the minimalist sorta vibe. I think adding a simple hi-hat could do wonders, not sure if its still only a WIP, but a couple more rhythmic textures would help IMO. The overall mix is pretty well done as well! Very listenable track. I'm new to the forums, so bare with me :o

    Kid Ink... Anyone else feeling him?

    I agree, wheels up is phenomenal. The production on it was top notch and Kid Ink has a respectable ability to flow. I'd like to hear him change up the lyrical concepts abit, as of most mainstream hip-hop, but being a producer, i prefer to analyze beats and their structures.
