@AuthenticaBeats Sounds awesome man! Really like your style, very smooth. @Traim I'm really digging the melodies on this! Awesome work on the drums as well. You picked some nice sounds! @No WaY Sounding good, I would try adding some more variations in the hi-hats. Sounds a little repetitive...

@arta I appreciate it! That's actually the vibe me, and some other people are getting from it too the more I'm working on it haha. I like the melody a lot of yours too! The drums work well with it as well. I do think the mix could be worked on some more. Maybe brightening up the track overall...

@Chad Thanks man! I'm really liking both of yours as well. I'm a big fan of the melodies on "El Chapo's Way." Gives it a nice balance of hip-hop and R&B in my opinion. I also love the sample you used for "Last Call." Sounds dope! @The Monk Love the vibe of this one. Super chill haha. I really...

@NONONSENSEBEATS Sounds dope man! I second what Klypse said, I really like the melody and drums sounds you used. Everything was mixed really well together as well. Never sounds like 2 sounds are fighting for the same space. @Klypse Love that sample! Big fan of your beats man. Love that...

@lloopz Thanks man! And nope, the sample comes straight from my record player. All I did was EQ it a bit to remove the low grumble sound out. I wanted to go for a more authentic vinyl sound so I didn't change the sample itself too much! I checked out some of your instrumentals on your...

This beat samples Duke Ellington's "A Tone Parallel to Harlem," which was first released in 1952. I recorded the original song itself off of my "Ellington Uptown" vinyl by recording it straight from my record player so I could get that nice "crackle" sound. The result ended up being this old...

@Dennis Tristan Not a huge Yachty fan but this has a really nice vibe to it! Could definitely see him on this track. Good work with the 808s too. @SemiF@ded I appreciate the feedback man! That beat is coming along pretty well. Personally, I would experiment with some different drum sounds or...

Started on this earlier today, still has some ways to go but just wanted to see if I could get some feedback on it so far! Barely have even started the mixing process so keep that in mind haha. Thanks in advance!

This is dope! IMO, I feel like I could hear Chance the Rapper on something like this. The only thing I would maybe change would be to alter the velocity of each hi-hat hit to give it more of an "organic" sound. Might just be a personal preference though haha. Other than that I love it!
