When leasing beats, how do you know when someone has reached their leasing limit?
He says that you will have to have them agree to a contract first, but as for tracking.. I think this would would be handled through the use of a Performance Rights Organization(PRO) such as ASCAP or BMI.- AmusingMusicInc
