I have sent some beats off to the copywrite place before some time ago, but never with samples, can you copywrite a beat with a sample if the sample is not cleared. Also where is that tread about copywriting, I type in copywrite on the search forum and it comes up no results. Show me the thread !!!! The one with the address

I think you can copyright a song that has uncleared samples in it (as a composition), but you still have to clear them if you want to avoid any legal troubles.

I could be wrong though, if I am someone please correct me!
