If you're looking for something free atm I'm on mda plugins. Theres a pack with a gate and a de-esser at http://www.mda-vst.com/
If you want them in DX you can convert using a wrapper. http://www.spinaudio.com/products.php?id=33 is a free one but It'll only do one plugin at a time for you.
