Just tried it out, Wider has a simpler interface, while Imager has a more subtle stereo effect and ability to precisely change the delay between channels in milliseconds. Imager can go from fully summed mono (-100%) to 100% separation, while Wider can only boost stereo separation (up to 200%). If you use an LFO with Wider's only control (stereo level), you can make a trippy chorus effect.
