I've never had more trouble rolling a joint than at a Tim Westwood event, that shit was always bouncing all over the fucking place. Shame he got a bit touchy feely, I miss his sound system.

I remember going to a show n met him. First i was like, bro keeps playing bangers for like 5-10 seconds only, was dead, cause you wanna hear the fucking thing. But after a while it became a kind of vibe and rocking out to it.

One of my best mates used to dance with the Cookie Crew, Dj Biznizz was their Dj. My mate knows them very well. Always got guestlist and VIP for a Tim Westwood event. Got guestlist and VIP nearly every time I went clubbing, unless I went out to a drum n bass or dance music event, then I was with a completely different group of friends and a normie.
If one of my mates didn't know the dj and got guestlist then one of them knew security and we would still get in for free. Rarely spent money getting into a club.
Live shows were a different matter, usually had to get tickets just to make sure we got in and weren't left hanging. I remember getting into a Pete Rock and CL Smooth show on the guestlist though. Depended on if my mate was given the heads up in advance, if he was could often swing it for guestlist.
The joys of knowing people who know people lol.
