Merc, I am assuming you played that bass on your own, cause I didn't hear that sound in the sample? Given that, I really liked how you went another way with this flip, more organic. Reminds me of Tribe Called Quest.

yeah. i played the bass. tried to pull some bass out the sample but it wasn't working out. i like what you did with your flip too
