Those two sites have tons of free drumkits, even vocal one shots. Hipstermentals is new, Breakbeat Paradise is from back in the day.

You can get a whole bunch, but most will be in MP3 format rather than WAV. Still sounds good though.

This list (while a great resource) may-and-will yield poor results to newbies due to the immense discrepancies and prerequisites required for submission(s). Extreme Music, Gothic Storm, Immediate Music, Audiomachine, Killer Tracks and MANY others (on this list) will not accept unsolicited submissions ( I know because it took me 10 years to finally get signed with them). Some don't exist anymore (like Music Dealers who went belly-up 3 years ago!) and others (like APM) aren't libraries at all (and do not accept submissions nor inquiries). There also are a lot of royalty free sites on this list that (from experience) will render pennies-on-the-dollar and isn't worth the headache since and when some of the high level libraries find out you're virtually giving your music away for free (on royalty free websites), they will either not sign you or drop you from their roster (happened to me!) You WILL need to do your homework and a headache will surely ensue... have your patience, ibuprofen and/or acetaminophen handy.
