A few months back I had to sell my turntable cuz I needed money, but next week im going to be buying an mk5. What needles do you guys like to use best??? I dont really mix.....I do alot of scratching, that is going to be its main use along with sampling. So what are the best needles for scratching//????

SHURES M44-7 is the BEST for scratching.

yea, if you want to scratch, nothing really beats m44-7...the thing is, there is a fat low end and hi end boost in those so you won't really be getting a "true" sound when you sample...if you sample more than you scratch, maybe look into some m44-g's or something...something wiht a little flatter frequency response...

definite m44's. And if you cant get them, the ortofon concordes are nice too.
