Software Scratchin' made simple?

Back when I used FL Studio, I remember the wave traveller thing that let you scratch samples and stuff. Is there anything simple like that in VST form that I can scratch with in Cubase?

man, seems to me that its possible do to pretty cool cuts with fl scratcher.
