@SJAMBOK BEATS love this one, man. My favorite I've listened to from you, even without your trademark ride cymbals. In my opinion, the kick sounds a bit too boxed, but it's still nice. I don't think it was easy to resist putting too much in and keeping it minimal. Great work, and for once, you finished it leaving me wanting to listen to it a bit more, and I believe this is the right length; when one has had enough, it’s too much.

@thekoolkrush confirms he knows his stuff and delivers another soulful beat with a lo-fi sound that I really like. Maybe you also took the advice and here you pushes more than you used to, didn't you? Another beat where the music flows without noticeable cuts and this is so nice, the melody is truly captivating, the bass and evertything.

This fight really tight.

@SJAMBOK BEATS - I like the lyrical and floaty nature of the piano to open. I do like the vocal sample too, but I think it doesn't blend nicely with the piano. In fact, I think it's entirely out of key, and it's made more noticeable by you putting the echo on the most out of key part of it. I think the miss here is that the piano/plucks are in a melodic minor scale (sharp 7 going up, and natural 7 descending) and the vocals have are in a blues scale (flat 5) which leads to some clashing. I agree with @2GooD Productions - that kick is bit to over-blown. Some cool ideas in here though. That piano line, and the counter are really nice!

@thekoolkrush - another dope sample selection! I think you ran into similar issues, key wise, by picking out the passing notes of the sample rather than the fundamental notes in the key of the sample source. Sounds like there's a phaser or heavy chorus laid over the entire chorus. Not sure if you did that to beef up the sound, but I think it takes away from the overall sound. Nice drums, mix could be a bit cleaner, but I did enjoy this.
