How Beat It Up! Works
With Beat It Up!, the beats are put together in one mix and are identified as Beat #1, Beat #2, and Beat #3. Members vote via a poll and each battle lasts about a week.

About
Beat It Up! is a unique beat battle because each one consists of only three contestants. This way it makes the battles quicker and easier to vote on.
Rules
You can use whatever sounds you want, samples (read more about samples here), synths, just remember to read the rest of the restrictions. What we are looking for is originality, creativity, mixing skills and overall dopeness!
- Each week is a "cycle".
- You can upload up to 3 beats each cycle.
- Only your best beat out of the 3 will be chosen.
- Beats that are not chosen will be kept for future battles.
- Every time your beat is used, a slot opens up out of 3.
- Your beat cannot be longer than 2 minutes.
- File limit is 8MB and MP3 format.
- You CANNOT have tags in your beats!
- Your beat will be voted on by other IllMuzik members.
- The winner of each competition will receive a custom title underneath their name in the Forums and points.
