Intro..
Been making music for a couple decades.. started out in bands.. learned to play bass, guitar, drums, and keys…never had a lesson…finally got over the whole drama of being in bands and started learning to record on a Tascam 2488neo….eventually saved enough for a Mac and got Logic Pro (I think version 8 at the time) and been producing ever since..

Nice! Looking forward to seeing you jump in.

I may also pick your brain for some Logic tips too!
Anytime man…I been using it almost exclusively for like a decade…learned a few other daws just for the purpose of collaborating mainly, with the exception of pro tools (learned for mixing, but honestly haven’t spent much time other than gettin the basics down …Logic is just so ingrained in my workflow it’s hard to break away from)

Nice! I’ve been using it alongside Maschine for about 6 years now. I only recently really started focusing on improving my mixes so I’ve been exploring a lot of the stock FX.

I just got a new Mac Air and can’t remember all the advanced settings I had selected in my old Mac Book lol.

Dope! I use Maschine as well but haven’t been able to find the most efficient way to integrate it into my workflow and so I more often than not just use Battery 4 inside logic as it’s ease of use to drag n drop one shots..

I’ll use maschine to get ideas going or to really tweak on some drum patterns which I then import into logic..

And
I’ve been through this several times lmao…almost every new Mac book plus the advancement in plugins, workflow, stock processing abilitie..etc

I’ve learned to keep a copy of all the main key commands I use in my notes..

other than that I could send you a template for my blank projects
