    Mac Daddy

you can also just drag the chops into their own clips, up to you, or drag them into a simpler/sampler device, whatever ya feel.

so, you think the Beat Thang's a toy?

yeah for me, the thing that interested me about it from the beginning, was being portable. Not just taking it everywhere, but being able to break away from the computer and make beats on the couch, or outside while I'm grilling lol, seriously, other than that, it doesn't do a bunch of new stuff...

dopest "mpc style" drum software right here

hahahaha at undergarments not sure whasup wit the demo, it's a pretty simple file, just stick that dll in your vst folder. I'm still using it on win 7 x64, I haven't had any issues. You on pc right? It doesn't work on mac, even though some vsts do.

Can I just say Windows sucks!

I just got through building a nice PC setup, but I have to agree. I used to use a g4 a few years back, and core audio/midi is something special. The way you can use audio/midi devices, create aggregate devices, route audio all over the place, etc...is definitely dope. I'm happy with win7...

    NI Maschine

yeah...but this step isn't an easy one, it's not drag and drop like getting midi out of Maschine... you'd basically have to load the midi file into your daw, and send it into Maschine as a plugin. I would expect at least midi sequence import to be coming in an update, maybe even mpc...

    NI Maschine

you can load the programs, not the .mid files/sequences. Unless you found a way to load mpc sequences in there? ...if so...cool lol.

Who here works for Native Instruments?

exactly....my choice is based solely on what I use lol. Video is a huge part of what I do of course, and I know I can use whatever is on Mac but I already got what I need really lol. Camtasia for mac is sorta stripped down, and I love using that for my screen cast videos. I've already started...

Who here works for Native Instruments?

I hear ya, yeah most won't be 64 bit, I'm a huge fan of Tone 2 for example, firebird and gladiator 2 are sick. Also, I use sony vegas and not sure if it works on mac, I also use camtasia for screen vids, of course I'd love to use screenflow tho! lol.

Who here works for Native Instruments?

Lol...aight bro, I see you're about as persistent as me so let's keep it moving lol, we've both made our points :) Yes OSX is a dope operating system, no question about it lol, I loved it when I first used it. for me, it's all about the software I use and if it works, a few products still...

Who here works for Native Instruments?

I'm 100% mistaken? Hilarious! I'm sure you know every IT person in the world right? lol...like I said, your generalization is inaccurate, just say in your experience, don't blanket it like it happens to everyone...because it doesn't, I'm not some special person who's the only one that hasn't had...

Who here works for Native Instruments?

That sux man!! Real talk....and I see why you have the outlook you do, I would too if I was dealing with crap like this! Great example... wack experience!

Who here works for Native Instruments?

bro, I deal with corporate AND end user, servers and desktops...like I said, you've had some bad experiences, it makes sense why you're so hostile to it. But that's not the "general experience" like you make it seem. I've never had these experiences, no matter if it's corporate or "end user" ...

Who here works for Native Instruments?

Dude, give some type of example for your generalizations like "software works easier and better for pirates than legal users" you keep saying it but you're not giving any examples lol...I think you just like saying it :) It's okay man, we'll never agree on this issue because I don't find it to...

Who here works for Native Instruments?

bro I have NEVER spent all day dealing with activations lol...it sounds like you've had some bad experiences man. I install a software, I put in the license code, it talks back to the server, it activates, and I'm good. Like I said, it's not an issue at all for me, it doesn't take me any...

Who here works for Native Instruments?

well, I guess I just have a different outlook. I work in IT for a living, I'm used to dealing with licensing, activations, etc...so it's not a big deal to me really. even windows has to deal with hardware changes and activation, but again, I just don't think it's that bad. Now if you have...

Who here works for Native Instruments?

not sure who or what software you're using, but I like being in contact with company support, not being left to random forums which may or may not help. I personally don't care about activation it's not that big of a deal to me, does it really hurt the legal user? I fail to see how this is...

Who here works for Native Instruments?

if it gets me support, updates, bug fixes, etc...I'm good. Pirates will do what they will do. Just like anyone else that takes what isn't theres.
