The mix is really all over the place on this one. I don't want to be harsh, but right from the get go its not enjoyable. You're just out here to feed my plugin addiction aren't you? I'll check r-vox out. I assume its the waves plugin? Looks like it works similar to R-Bass that I used on this beat actually. Pretty straightforward plugin. -
Loren Gray beat
I like it, but I agree with @InsideOutBeats that this is definitely in need of something to change it up and keep things interesting. Especially considering the main loop is like half a bar long, or at least is close enough to sound like it is.- iDeaLoGiK

Some creative chops you got there. I like it. I think if I had anything to say is that the bass could stand out a little more, but otherwise I really don't have a lot of complaints with it. Haha funny, I was actually messing around with that exact acapella the other day.- iDeaLoGiK

Hah, space whale fits this perfectly. I like the rich tone you have going here. Feels like an interlude track. Bass is good. Really makes it feel ethereal. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the drums though. The kick is fine, but the hat is too subdued. I don't think it should be "in-your-face"...- iDeaLoGiK
