What do you like about IllMuzik?
I'm here for the beat battles, that's what I really like about the ill. I have to say that I like BT the most, especially with a theme, genre or assignment and without acapella's. For me FL studio has all I need. I mainly use the directwave plugin to load the entire song I want to sample, so I don't need to pre-chop it. Don't know if other DAW's have this integrated as well, but I don't see a reason to switch DAW's if the current one works for me. Routing is fairly easy... -

I think the fundamentals are there, but the mix sounds harsh and loud. Try not to overdo with compression or limiting, it will destroy your beat. Musical wise it's decent but doesn't stand out.- TWU
