well ill say you must really be pushing the limits.im using a 2.4 400 FSB and i have it clocked to 2.8 i have no problems.and i use Sonar. as for fast,no disrespect,but you in the wrong biz. if this shit was fast and easy we'd all be rich...lol Now what you could do is get another cheaper... -

well thats a tough one to ask.mics vary on different voices. shit man for 600-1200 hun and a avalon(lucky bastard) look at some Nuemanns,Blue ventage mics,higher end AKG's...ect, -

Me myself i perfer Sonar over any of them and i have tried them all. and right now if you buy sonar 4 you get 5 when it releases. believe me sonar is very user friendly. -

well im going to say this. a gig of ram is good if your using alot of soft synths,but the problem you are having is because of your Processor...now do you have your PC stripped for audio?what kind of PC is it? Trust it has nothing to do with Cubase. -

For the composers..
yo in sonar (thats what your using right?)you can turn ur midi in to groove clips too! Kind of like Acid loops. just turn your 2 bar loop into a crove clip and then you can stretch it the length of the bars that your song will be. -
Switching to Reason?

yea i need a teacher for sure but im busted. and i dont know anyone who plays. Lessons are just 15bucks a pop but school is starting soon and i have 2 children and Uni's cost...so i have to wait a month.so in the meantime ill keep rollin'
