Using protools I have rx , didnt know that had a batch conversion option, I have tried Audio Move as well. -

Irritating delay in headphones
1. Choose Setups --> Playback Engine. The Playback Engine dialog box opens. 2. Delay Compensation Engine ------> Select Short. It closes and saves the track then opens it again .. Much better. -
