You dont need ascap before you copywrite. I dont really know but if the sample is reckonizable you may wanna try and clear it. I'm betting though that you arent gonna get sued if you go ahead and copyright it anyway. -

Right, because if they are in the left corner then no wonder the sound is comming from over there, the band makes its own noise without amps, especially the drums, then add monitors..just turn the right up eh.. -
