    It really gives some edge on clean drums, not tuby enough but it'll on a lot of productions. Amplitube works in the same manner, less static though hehe.

    Buy a lin6 pod. Speaker cabinet modeler, they should come cheap now. You can also have audio peak though a real and let it saturate.

    Music Ready Laptop

    A vaio is nice, but by far wont eat a G4 powerbook. The difference is in the OS, implying a difference of a 131 kernel drivers to 1 under windows. Not even beginning bout cosmetics ( 17"/1cm high)... You gotta like working with difficult programs though, logic is not for the beginner.
