    I checked out your beats on Airbit. Just one thing I want to mention. Your non-exclusive includes 200 digital Streams. This equals like 60 Cent on Spotify. So, an artist pays you 20 bucks and once he makes 60 Cents from a song he would need to pay you again. Doesn't make much sense imho.

    I feel like there are way more decent producers than decent rappers so low prices for beats are a logic thing. However, I think this conversation misses one big point: you only talk about the upfront payments. I think a low upfront payment can make sense for artist and producers if the producer...

    Another approach is to sample just a tiny melody or noise and add layers to that. To the point that I usually forget what the actual sample was.

    I actually try first to separate the drums, melodies and vocals using izotope RX. Then I flip the drums, layer them and try to make a few melody flips and add some of the vocals in Maschine before I continue and add more stuff in Studio One.
