Annual streams sounds dumb af. Let's say an artist has 10million streams on a sing one year, because it was popping off, then only 50k next year. Either way. This is tragic. You need... something to record either midi or audio. And something to make sound with. Typically this would look like having a DAW. From there you should be able to get started with stock sounds, if not there are plenty of great freebies online. You can make superb music for free these days- Iron Keys

Hate when that happens. Have had some cool ideas before and couldn't manifest them. One of my last Halloween ones was real pleased with... I sampled a humming creepy girl and chopped and stretched the hums to match my creepy melody. Imho nothing sounds scarier than a "Fade Halloween Party" tbh- Iron Keys

It's really not that necessary unless it's causing audible problems. And usually that's if your overs are way over and consistent. If you're really that worried just slap a true peak limiter and check with metering. But some also advise against this. There are top end limiters that even have... -

Plenty commercial records have TP values of +1.5 so don't sweat TPs too much. However, be certain here you're talking about true peak and not just normal peak level. -
