    breaks don't have to be absolute. Sometimes necessary. But sometimes more it's just 'cutting back'. Just creating enough of a void. A balance. What are your projects? Mostly engineering? Just find breaktimes to sit somewhere peaceful-ish vibes and just listen to the world, sit, don't think.
